If your product shows a defect within the 24-month warranty period, you can file a reclamation for it. We will explain how to go about registering your claim for your product here:
1. Registering your claim
Send us a maximum of 1 photo so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.
2. Waiting for the confirmation
After registration, your complaint will be checked by our services. This can usually take 1 to 2 days.
3. Downloading the return label
Once we have accepted the request, you will receive your free return label by e-mail. Please download the file and print it out if you have opted for a printable label. Please note that we cannot refund the return costs if you pay for the shipment of the item yourself.
4. Dropping off the parcel
You can then take the packaged item with the label to the nearest post office and receive a receipt for your return. Keep your tracking ID close at hand just in case.
5. Receiving your replacement product
As soon as we have received and processed your parcel, you will be notified by email and we will send you a new product within the next 10 working days.
If your product is no longer available, you will receive a refund instead of a replacement product. In this case, we will no longer be able to return the defective product to you.
NOTE: If the defect on your product was caused by one of the following reasons, your reclamation cannot be accepted:
- Defect represents normal signs of wear after a certain period of use.
- Defect is caused by own fault or improper handling
- Defect is caused by other materials (e.g. discoloration of clothing)
- Warranty does not cover damage to the glass
