Enclosed you will find short explanations on how to replace your spare part:
1. Replace a puller:
To replace the puller of your zipper, press the eyelet holder slightly upwards with a small pair of pliers or a fork and remove the defective puller. Then you can hook in your replacement part and push the holder down again. If you live near one of our stores, you can have the puller replaced there free of charge.
2. Replace chest buckle, strap buckle or clasp:
To replace the buckle on your product, it is necessary to unravel the seams (for example, with a seam ripper). If you do not want to do this yourself, you can also have the buckle replaced by a tailor of your choice.
3. Screw in eyewear screws:
If you have lost a screw of your glasses, we can send you replacement screws. A fine screwdriver for eyeglasses is usually needed to screw them in. If you live near one of our stores, you can have the screw inserted there free of charge, provided we have an optician on site. Alternatively, you can have the screw inserted by an optician of your choice.
4. Battery change
We will gladly send you a new battery for your watch. If you live near one of our stores, you can have the battery replaced for a fee of 5€. Alternatively, you can also visit a nearby jeweler or watchmaker.
5. Change Steel Strap
Under the following link you can see how our Steel Straps are shortened: How to change or shorten my bracelet? With the appropriate tool, you can also change the links.
