If you have received wrong or defective goods, we will of course replace them.
Report the faulty/incorrect goods with your order number and your postal code (delivery address).
To do this, visit our website, select your delivery country at the top right and then scroll to the bottom of our website. There you will find the menu item "Return/Reclamation".
If necessary, send us photos so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.
After registration your claim will be checked by us. If we have accepted the request, you will receive a return label. Please download and print the file.
Send us your defective or wrong goods and keep your tracking number at hand.
Once we receive your package, you will be notified by email and we will send you a new product within 7 days.
NOTE: Please note that we cannot refund the return shipping costs if you pay for the product yourself.
