Have you ordered something and you are reconsidering your purchase? No problem! Naturally, you can make use of your 14-days right of withdrawal and return your order. Simply register your return online and send the products you don't want to keep back to us. How does the process work? We shall explain in the following:
1. Registration of your return
Please register your return with your order number and your postal code (delivery address). To do so, simply visit our website https://kapten-son.com/en/, select your country of dispatch at the top right and then scroll to the bottom of our website. There you will find the menu item "Register revocation/reclamation".
2. Download your return label
After you have registered your return online, we will provide you with a returns label. You will also receive it by e-mail.
3. Send out the parcel
You can take the packaged shipment with the label to the nearest Post branch and then receive a receipt for your return shipment.
4. Receive your refund
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be checked and we will refund the purchase price within 14 days after deducting the return costs of € 4.50 to the payment method selected during the payment process.
Please note that in the event of withdrawal from the purchase of products, i.e. a return, the return costs are at the customer's expense. In this way, we aim to raise awareness on the subject of the repeated return journeys and their negative impact on the environment. What's more, we save a lot of paper by not enclosing the return label with each parcel, as it generates unnecessary waste if not used.
