The costs for the return shipment in the case of a revocation lay with the buyer when keeping in consideration the environmental impact that these repeated routes have. Through this measure, we would like to minimize the high number of returns and thus raise awareness about repeated delivery routes and their consequences. In addition, we save an enormous amount of paper by not attaching the return label to every single parcel, as it produces unnecessary waste if not used.
After you register your return online, we will provide you with a return label. As soon as your return arrives in our warehouse, it will be checked and we will refund you within 14 days the purchase price after deduction of the return costs in the amount of 4.50€ to the payment method selected in the payment process.
