Standard shipping within Germany
As soon as you have placed an order with us, your goods will be prepared for shipment.
When your package is handed over to DHL and scanned by our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order.
Normally, you will receive the goods within 1 to 3 working days. Please understand that in times of high order and delivery volume, both our logistics and shipping service provider DHL may experience delays.
If the shipment status of your order has not changed after 7 days, please contact us here and indicate ""Package not received"" in the subject line. We can then take further steps.
If you would like to have your package delivered to a DHL Packstation, this will not be an issue. Please enter the Packstation (+number) in the address line and enter your personal postal number in the address supplement.
International shipping
The delivery time for international shipments is about 2-5 business days and the shipping to you is free of charge. Enclosed you find an overview to which countries we can send your package
