Which countries do you deliver to and what is your delivery timeframe?

Standard shipping within Germany

As soon as you have placed an order with us, your goods will be prepared for shipment.

 

When your package is handed and scanned by our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order.

 

Normally, you will receive the goods within 1 to 3 working days. Please understand that in times of high order and delivery volume, both our logistics and shipping service provider may experience delays.

 

If the shipment status of your order has not changed after 7 days, please contact us here and indicate ""Package not received"" in the subject line. We can then take further steps.

 

International shipping

The delivery time for international shipments is about 4-7 business days and the shipping to you is free of charge. Enclosed you find an overview to which countries we can send your package

Please note that for some customs countries (United Kingdom, Norway and Liechtenstein) additional costs (customs duties and VAT) may apply. These are not shipping fees charged by us. The amount of the customs fees depends on the amount of your order. Please understand that we do not cover these costs. 

**Deliveries to Switzerland/UK: There are no customs charges for deliveries to Switzerland. The delivery is carried out by PostCH/Royalmail.

Express Shipping

For orders to Spain, you can choose at checkout between our standard shipping with DHL or express delivery with DHL Express. If you need your order quickly, you can opt for express delivery for an additional fee of €19.90 and have your package in your hands on the next working day. Please note that we can only guarantee next-working-day shipping for orders placed before 1:00 PM.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays*. In these cases, you can expect delivery on the next working day.
