Please note that registering for our newsletter does not mean that you also have created a customer account. In this case, you will most likely not receive an email to reset your password, as you do not have a customer account.
If you have made sure that you have entered your correct email address and that no email has landed in the spam folder, please contact us here and tell us the email address linked to your customer account. We will reset your password for you and resend the mail so that you can enter a new password.
You can easily change your personal data yourself in your customer account. To do this, log in to your account and click on My account -> Account settings.
