2. What kind of warranty applies to my suitcase?
If your suitcase shows a defect or fault within the 24-month warranty period that is due to a manufacturing or material error, you can file a warranty claim (reclamation). We explain how to file a claim here.

Please note that small scratches or dents are considered normal signs of use and are not covered by the warranty. The same applies if the defect is due to personal fault or improper handling. Even if your travel accessory doesn’t look brand new after your first vacation, it gains character and, at the same time, carries on the memories of your trip.
3. Does my Essential case come with a protective film?
Yes, to ensure that your Essential suitcase arrives in perfect condition and with a flawless look, it will be shipped with a protective film. If you decide to keep the case, you can simply remove the film to use it in its all its shine :)
