Have you entered all your data correctly and still can't log in?
Try to log in again by selecting the option 'Reset password'. If you entered the correct email address, you should now receive an email with all further instructions and be able to log in with a new password.
Please note: If you created your customer account before 11/09/2019, unfortunately it no longer exists. Since we had a system change in September of that year, your customer account is no longer stored in our data base. The transfer was unfortunately not possible for technical reasons.
However, you can register again. We just do not have the possibility to add old orders to a new account.
