I have received the wrong product
If you have received wrong goods, we will of course replace them.
Please file the claim with your order number and your postal code (delivery address). To do this, visit our website, select your delivery country in the upper right corner and then scroll to the bottom of our website. There you will find the menu item "Register return/complaint".
You need your order ID/order number and the zip code of your delivery address.
You will then receive a confirmation email with a return label. As soon as we receive your package, you will be notified by email and we will send you a new product.
My package has arrived but one product is missing
Naturally, we will make sure that you receive your complete order as soon as possible!
Please first make sure that your package has arrived undamaged and has not been repackaged by the carrier.
Another reason could be that the missing product is a pair of corrective glasses. These are made at a separate location by our optician with much love for you and sent from there. In this case, another package should reach you soon.
If neither of the above reasons apply, please contact us here via our contact form. A member of our customer care team will get back to you as soon as possible and make sure that you get the product as soon as possible! :-)
