My package has not been shipped yet
Our warehouse is working at full speed to send your package as soon as possible. Normally you should receive a shipping confirmation after 48 hours at the latest. During promotional periods, due to the increased order volume, there may be smaller delays. If you have not received a tracking number yet, please contact us via our contact form and we will check your order immediately.
My package could not be delivered
Normally, the shipping provider will try to deliver the package on another day or drop it off at a Pick-up Station. In both cases, you should find an information from the shpping provider in your mails or in your mailbox. If you see in the tracking that your package could not be delivered and is returned to us, please contact us here and tell us again your correct address. We will resend your order as soon as possible.
The delivery status of my package does not change for a long time
If the shipment status has not changed after 7 days, please contact us here and let us know right away if you would like us to resend your package or if you prefer a refund. We will take further steps as soon as possible.
My package was supposedly delivered but I did not accept it
If you were unable to receive your package in person, it was probably left with a neighbor or in the hallway/storage area. Before we take further steps to find your package, I would ask you to look for the package yourself. Maybe it was actually left with a neighbor or the notification of the deliverer is only the next day in the mailbox?
If the package cannot be found, please contact us via our contact form and send us the signed affidavit. Please also let us know directly if you prefer a replacement order or a refund.
