Rectify wrong selection: If you made a mistake, click "Back" and choose again.
Write your own question in the chat: If none of the displayed options address your question or concern, you can enter your question directly into the chat. The chatbot is trained to respond to free text inputs as well.
Formulate clearly and precisely: When entering your question, formulate it as clearly and precisely as possible to receive the most helpful answer & try not to combine multiple topics in your question.
